About the role
The registered nurse in the 9B-Cardiac department is responsible for delivering safe, compassionate, and therapeutic patient care by applying the nursing process and organizational policies. Requirements
- New RN graduate or licensed RN in Arkansas
- Preference for BSN
- Basic skills to meet care standards
- Capable of partnering within an interdisciplinary team
- CPR certification required
- Additional certifications like ACLS, PALS, and NALS provided if necessary
- Specialty education available for unit-specific needs
