About the role

Full-time night shift position in Med Surg. The staff nurse provides comprehensive nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. They operate within organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain standards of nursing practice
• Coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff
• Ensure the delivery of quality nursing care

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program
• New graduates eligible
• Current Georgia Registered Nurse license or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
• BLS certification required
• Hospital nursing experience preferred, with at least one year for PRN roles

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Advanced certifications in specialty areas are a plus
