RN Team Leader, Urgent Care - FT/Days (8hrs)

About the Role

Support the Nursing Supervisor and leadership to ensure smooth clinical operations using the five (5) Simply Better steps with every patient and team member interaction. This position is full-time, located in San Juan Capistrano, CA, within the Urgent Care department of MemorialCare Medical Foundation.

Schedule

Hours of operation are 8:45 AM – 9:30 PM Monday through Friday and 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM on weekends and holidays. Shifts can vary according to preference and operational needs.

Pay

Pay range is $55.05/hr – $79.83/hr. Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, extra shift incentives, and bonus opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data collection for patient assessment.
• Implement orders and treatment plan components as directed by the Provider.
• Utilize the nursing process and practice standards as a framework for patient care management.
• Analyze assessment data to determine appropriate interventions.
• Formulate and evaluate a teaching plan based on identified patient learning needs, including family and/or caregivers as necessary.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and directives.
• Interact in a positive and constructive manner while prioritizing and multitasking.
• Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.

Requirements

• One (1) year minimum of RN experience required.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Current California RN license required.
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers required.
