Responsibilities
- Supports the health care team
- Independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols
- Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team
- Acts as a professional role model for other team members using management skills
- Affords assistance in developing team members
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Required Technical in Nursing; OR Associates in Nursing
- Preferred : Bachelors in Nursing
- Required RN (Registered Nurse) License - Florida Dept of Health
- Required 5 years Clinical Specialty
- Preferred Medical/Physician Office experience
- Preferred Supervisory experience
- Required BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Required ACLS (Cardiovascular) if applicable
