RN Supervisor Wound Care Clinic

About the role

Valley View hospital is seeking a Nurse Leader to join their outpatient Wound Care team. The ideal candidate should have a current Colorado RN license, 2+ years of post-graduate RN experience, and 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize clinical and management skills to enhance the seamless delivery of quality care within the Wound Care Clinic.
• Supervise the day-to-day clinical operations of a physician practice.
• Oversee clinical staff members and be responsible for their training, monitoring, and maintaining competencies.
• Maintain clinical integration and support physician schedules.
• Ensure efficient patient flow through the practice.
• Occasionally travel to outreach clinics as needed.

Requirements

• Current Colorado RN license (DORA)
• 2 years post-graduate experience as an RN
• 2 years supervisory experience in a direct-line supervisory position preferred
• Substantial work exposure to ambulatory care is preferred
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

Pay

Starting wage dependent upon experience, education, and skill set. Salary range: $37.50 to $56.23/hour (BSN).

Schedule

Full-time position.
