About the role
The Terraces of Phoenix, a HumanGood Life Plan Community, seeks a Full-time Nurse Supervisor RN with Wound Care Certification to join their Skilled Nursing team. The position reports to the Director of Nursing and is responsible for overseeing nursing services, promoting resident independence, and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Assesses resident needs at admission and throughout their stay
- Evaluates residents' conditions and promotes independence
- Rounds with providers regarding wound care matters
- Supervises and directs care partners
- Performs direct nursing services such as medication administration and treatments
- Engages in the community's QAPI program
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to update residents' plans of care
- Handles admission inquiries and communicates with administrators and families
- Notifies relevant parties of emergencies
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited licensed nursing program (RN)
- Current RN license
- Wound Care Certification required
- Current CPR certification
- Bachelor's degree, preferred; or equivalent combination of education, training, and related professional experience
- Minimum of 1-year professional supervisory experience in a related field
- Excellent clinical observation and assessment skills
- Proficient computer skills for documentation and communication
- Interpersonal skills, professional attitude, and commitment to quality care
Qualifications

Pay
The pay range for this role is $43 - $53/hr., with a target salary determined by experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with off days on Thursday and Saturday every other week.
