Responsibilities
- Assess resident needs, develop individual care plans, administer, and evaluate nursing care.
- Supervise CNAs and other nursing personnel on the unit.
- Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions.
- Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written, and electronic communications.
Requirements
- Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee.
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
