Supervisor Overview
Mission: To ensure adequate staffing coverage while supporting facility operations and maintaining compliance with staffing requirements.
What You'll Do
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure residents receive quality care in accordance with care plans and physician orders.
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in health status.
- Administer medications and complete accurate documentation.
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN license for the state of Tennessee
- 2 years of work experience as a LPN
