RN Supervisor - Orthopedics - Full-Time, Days

Summary of the Role

This position involves assisting in the planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of operations and patient care in the designated department. Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients, and functions as a staff nurse when needed. Assumes delegated managerial duties to support department leadership, ensuring tasks are performed in alignment with the organization’s mission, values, and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily department operations and patient care quality.
• Act as a clinical resource and staff nurse as required.
• Perform managerial duties delegated by leadership.
• Promote a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an accredited Nursing program.
• Current RN license or temporary permit in the state of practice.
• 2-3 years of patient care experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, supervisory or management experience, CRRN certification, and rehabilitation experience.
