RN Supervisor Operating Services - Full-Time

About the role

The Surgical Services Team at MUSC Florence is seeking an experienced Surgical Services Registered Nurse to join their Leadership Team. This role offers up to 6 weeks of paid parental leave, state health benefits, and a state pension plan.

Responsibilities

• Supervise one or more areas of a department
• Supervise two or more professional and/or support staff
• Coordinate the business aspects of a department including strategy, project management, budget planning, and financial operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• 6 years of progressive work experience and 1 year of management experience preferred
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification

Qualifications

• State licensure and/or professional certification required depending on position
