About the role
We’re looking for an experienced RN Supervisor to join a long-term care team in Rochester, NY.
Responsibilities
- Oversee nursing operations during the night shift
- Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs
- Respond to resident emergencies and changes in condition
- Conduct clinical rounds and ensure quality standards
- Collaborate with the DON/ADON and communicate with residents and families
Requirements
- Active NYS RN license
- 2+ years of long-term care experience
- 1+ year of nursing leadership/management experience
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
