RN Supervisor LTC/SNF Evening and/or Overnights 8-12 Hour Shifts

Broad Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall functioning of nursing service in the facility on off shifts, evenings, nights, and some weekends.
• Work involves managing the care of facility residents from admission to discharge.
• To work in collaboration and coordination with the resident, family members, physicians, interdisciplinary team members, supervisors, and staff to determine and achieve desired outcomes.
• To use independent judgment, initiative, and problem-solving to achieve clinical outcomes with and through the team members.
• Manage IV Medications, Respiratory assessments, and treatments as well as pass medications as needed.
