RN Supervisors Overnight Shift

About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced RN with exceptional supervisory skills for a part-time night shift position at Briarwood Healthcare Center. This role is ideal for a "night owl" who values a workplace that recognizes both expertise and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care and services in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Serve as a mentor and role model, demonstrating understanding, patience, tact, and courtesy with associates, residents, families, and visitors.
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills with a commitment to excellence.
• Participate in strategic planning and operational improvement initiatives to drive innovation and quality.
• Implement Service Lines such as Pulmonary Rehab and Cardiac Care to enhance quality of care, reduce hospital readmissions, and increase referrals and admissions.
• Maintain knowledge of current long-term care regulations in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Ensure staff compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory programs.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure with the State of Illinois.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of Long Term Care experience.
• Clinical experience in the care of residents in long-term care settings.

Schedule

Part-time, night shift.
