RN Supervisor - LTC - PRN
About the role
The RN Supervisor is the team leader in our Long Term Care unit. They direct clinical care of residents and provide leadership and oversight to the LPN and CNA staff. As part of the care team, the RN collaborates with clinical staff, administration, the interdisciplinary team, and medical staff to maximize resident quality of life while promoting a team approach that empowers all staff to actively engage in decision-making for the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Direct clinical care of residents in a Long Term Care unit
- Provide leadership and oversight to LPN and CNA staff
- Collaborate with clinical staff, administration, interdisciplinary teams, and medical staff
- Promote a team approach to empower staff in decision-making for resident well-being
Requirements
- Licensed RN in Pennsylvania
- Long Term Care experience preferred
- Good communication skills
