About the role
New London Rehab & Care Center is a short- and long-term care facility dedicated to providing high-quality resident care and strong clinical leadership. We are currently seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for a Baylor weekend position, working 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM every weekend.
What You'll Do
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the day shift
- Support nursing staff and ensure safe, effective resident care
- Serve as the primary clinical resource for assessments, issues, and decision-making
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with management regarding shift operations
What We're Looking For
- Active RN license in good standing
- Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
- Ability to commit to every weekend
- Long-term care experience strongly preferred
