About the Role
As a RN Supervisor, you will be an integral part of our leadership team, working closely with other supervisors, managers, and department directors to drive excellence in patient care and service. This is a PART_TIME_AND_FULL_TIME position that offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants to ensure exceptional patient care and outcomes
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct regular rounding on patients to assess their needs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to staff members to promote professional growth and development
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and adhere to regulatory and accreditation standards
