RN Supervisor (Every other Weekend)

Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Schedule: Every other weekend, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)

About The Role

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will supervise a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality patient care. You will coordinate patient care activities, develop and implement patient care plans, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. You will also participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of nursing staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality patient care
• Coordinate patient care activities, including developing and implementing patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
• Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities to stay current with latest clinical practices
• Collaborate with inter-disciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans
• Provide patient education and support to patients and their families
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Current Pennsylvania RN license
• Ability to work every other weekend, with 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
