RN Supervisor: Evening

About the role

Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor for their evening shift position in Utica, NY.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign nursing staff
• Provide support to residents and families
• Answer questions and requests from residents and staff
• Implement rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information
• Monitor documentation of resident care services
• Facilitate a cooperative relationship among healthcare teams

Requirements

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 3 years of long-term care experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) and prescribing programs
• Excellent communication and basic computer skills
