Oneida Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor: Evenings in Utica, NY. Duties Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staffEstablish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents & familiesProvide information to residents & staff by answering questions and requestsMaintain a safe & clean working environment by implementing rules & regulationsEnsure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processingManage documentation of resident care servicesPromote a cooperative relationship among health care teams Requirements Must hold valid Registered Nurse (RN) licenseMinimum 3 years Long-Term Care experience requiredShould be a strong and positive Team Director for all members of the staffFamiliar with EHR and Prescribing programsExcellent communication skillsBasic computer skills About Us Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, formerly known as Focus Utica for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, is a 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in Utica, New York.
