RN Supervisor

About the role

The Nursing Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing hospital operations during the 7p–7a shift at Willis Knighton North. This position is ideal for an experienced nurse looking to step into a high-impact leadership opportunity within a fast-paced, high-acuity hospital environment.

Responsibilities

• Responding to clinical emergencies
• Serving as a knowledgeable resource for bedside staff
• Cooking staffing needs
• Maintaining timely, clear communication with senior leadership
• Serving as a central point of coordination between physicians, procedural areas, and on-call teams

Requirements

• Preferred Critical Care, Emergency, or Stepdown experience
• A strong clinical foundation
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Sound clinical judgment
• A collaborative leadership style

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current RN license in Louisiana
• At least 2 years of nursing experience
• Experience in a supervisory role preferred

Pay

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications
