RN Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assist the nursing staff to provide superior care to residents.
• Assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, evaluate administered treatments and quality assurance / performance improvement activities.
• Supervise several talented RN, LPN, and CNA staff during evening, overnight and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Graduates from an accredited school of nursing for Registered Nurses.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current State Licensure as a registered nurse in the state where practicing.
• Minimum 3 years as an RN in a hospital or skilled nursing facility with supervisory experience preferred.
• Prior experience working with geriatric clients preferred.
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications required.
• Current First Aid certification required or must be willing and able to become First Aid certified.
• Food handler's certification, where required.
• Courteous and professional manner through interactions with others and customer-focus approach to problem-solving and goal-setting.

Pay

USD $37.15 - USD $46.45 /Hr.
