RN Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise clinical staff and manage client cases.
• Assess clients' physical, psychosocial, spiritual, and environmental status systematically and continuously.
• Develop and update client care plans based on client needs and responses to services.
• Coordinate services provided by various disciplines to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure adherence to department and agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct periodic caregiver performance evaluations and provide RN instruction as needed.
• Communicate client needs and changes in condition to physicians and healthcare team members.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of employment, with continued employment contingent upon maintaining an active license in good standing.
• Three to five years of experience in health care, elder care, social work, or related industries.
• Current CPR certification.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Computer proficiency and ability to document notes accurately.
• Ability to provide care in various settings, including traveling to client homes and other locations.
• Physical capabilities to lift, turn, and transfer patients weighing up to 50 lbs., and sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel 50-75% of the time.
• Ability to lift up to 10-15 pounds.
• Ability to use standard office equipment.
