RN Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an RN Supervisor for a 192-bed skilled nursing facility that provides post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care in a hotel-like environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize, oversee, and supervise unit activities and staff
• Demonstrate clinical expertise
• Monitor and document patient vital signs, treatments, and responses
• Administer medications and treatments
• Communicate with team members, residents, and families
• Identify and respond to patient needs
• Perform assessments after incidents or changes in condition
• Lead emergency responses
• Maintain accurate reports and staffing documentation

Requirements

• Current RN license in New York
• Experience with geriatric, rehabilitation, or Alzheimer's patients preferred
• Supervisory experience is a plus
