RN Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Managing resident care
- Supervision of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) including disciplining, interviewing, and hiring
- Working closely with the Director of Nursing to ensure Department of Health compliance with regulations, as well as adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Candidate must be a Registered Nurse in good standing with 2-5 years' experience in LTC
- Basic computer knowledge, MDS proficiency, and knowledge of care plan process is required
