Role Overview

The Clinical Administration Supervisor in Cardiology and Internal Medicine oversees clinical activities, employee management, and patient care coordination within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in patient care, ensuring documentation is accurate, timely, and compliant with regulations.
• Develop collaborative relationships with healthcare team members, assisting physicians and ensuring patient education.
• Supervise and motivate clinical staff, manage schedules, and enforce policies and protocols.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, report concerns promptly, and maintain licensure and certifications.
• Enhance patient and provider satisfaction by maintaining professional and courteous interactions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an approved RN program with a valid NY RN license.
• Current BLS certification; cardiovascular care experience required.
• PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree, ACLS, outpatient clinic experience, EMR skills, knowledge of cardiovascular diagnostics.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary ranges from $72,800 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
