Lebanon, a group of skilled nursing facilities in PA. As a key member of our leadership team, the RN Supervisor will play a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of our nursing unit, ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction. About the Role: Manage and supervise a team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and other nursing personnel to provide high-quality patient careDevelop and implement effective nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standardsConduct performance evaluations, provides staff development and training, and addresses employee concerns in a fair and timely mannerCollaborate with other departments, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Activities, to ensure a holistic approach to patient careParticipate in Quality Improvement initiatives to drive excellence in patient care and outcomes Responsibilities: Oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient careCollaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plansEnsure accurate and timely documentation of patient care and potential problemsMaintain accurate records and reports, including nursing assessments, treatment plans, and progress notesParticipate in peer review and quality improvement activities to promote continuous improvement Requirements: Current RN licensure in the State of PennsylvaniaMinimum 0 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with prior supervisory experience preferredStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesStrong knowledge of nursing policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements If you are a dedicated and compassionate nurse leader looking for a new challenge, join our team at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt.
