Job Description

We are looking for a Registered Nurse Supervisor who can work the double‑weekend schedule. The RN will be responsible for resident care and directing nursing staff, developing the plan of care, and collaborating with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants. The RN will also monitor assigned staff to ensure that all safety regulations are upheld.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse program and licensed in the state of practice.
• Current BLS/CPR certification as required by state.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Make nursing diagnoses that serve as the basis for the care strategy.
• Collaborate with the resident and members of the healthcare team.
• Record medication administration and any changes in patient condition.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure safety regulations and state/government requirements are followed.
• Follow procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies.
• Perform other duties as directed.
