About the Role

Oversee overnight nursing services in correctional facilities, leading clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality medical, dental, and psychiatric care.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise nursing staff.
• Ensure delivery of medical, dental, and psychiatric care aligned with standards.
• Perform patient assessments, triage, and emergency response.
• Handle clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with custody and medical teams to coordinate care.
• Support staff development and promote safety and quality initiatives.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse licensure.
• Leadership experience in a healthcare or correctional setting.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
