About the Role
Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this role, you will play a key part in overseeing our nursing department’s daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring exceptional resident care.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the DON and ADON to manage nursing operations while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
- Ensure all nursing personnel adhere to their job descriptions and uphold the highest standards of patient care.
- Assist during facility surveys conducted by regulatory agencies, ensuring readiness and compliance.
- Conduct daily rounds to monitor staff performance and promote best practices in clinical care.
Requirements
- Current, valid RN license in New York State.
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in long-term care; leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
