Facility: Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center Position: RN Supervisor Location: Irvington, NJ Schedule: PRN | 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Every Other Weekend Pay Rate: $50.00 per hour Lead Nursing with Confidence Alliance Care Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and oversight during overnight shifts. This position is ideal for a confident and organized Registered Nurse with strong long-term care experience who is committed to maintaining excellent standards of resident care, staff performance, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Support the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) with nursing operationsProvide clinical leadership and direction to nursing staff during overnight shiftsEnsure nursing staff follow facility policies, procedures, job responsibilities, and standards of careConduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, staff performance, and professionalismAddress clinical concerns, staffing issues, and resident needs in a timely mannerServe as a clinical resource and leader for nursing staffAssist with maintaining compliance with federal, state, and facility regulationsParticipate in facility surveys, audits, inspections, and quality assurance activities as requestedCommunicate significant resident, staffing, and clinical concerns to nursing leadershipPromote teamwork, accountability, and quality resident-centered care Qualifications Current and active New Jersey RN licenseMinimum of 2 years of progressive nursing experience in Long-Term Care/SNFPrevious nursing supervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong clinical judgment and decision-making skillsExcellent communication, organization, and leadership abilitiesAbility to work independently and effectively during overnight shiftsCommitment to quality resident care and regulatory compliance Why Join Alliance Care?
