About the role
Join Our Team as an RN Supervisor at Adroit Care Rehabilitation & Nursing Center. This leadership role is essential in ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care while supporting nursing staff and maintaining compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in the daily operations of the nursing department.
- Supervise and support nursing staff during the overnight shift.
- Ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, safety, and overall quality standards.
- Respond to clinical concerns and provide guidance to nursing staff as needed.
- Participate in state surveys, audits, inspections, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and resident-centered care environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all nursing standards.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New Jersey.
- Minimum of two (2) years of progressive nursing experience in a Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Nursing Home setting.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage overnight operations.

Salary: $95,000 – $105,000 Annually
Schedule: Full-Time, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
