RN Supervisor

About the Role

We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care. Careers at Heritage | Complete Care at Heritage.

Responsibilities

• Care Needs & Planning: Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status
• Staff Oversight & Scheduling: Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff
• Family & Team Liaison: Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team
• Documentation: Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy
• Family, Resident, Staff Education: Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed

Requirements

• Licensed to work within the State of Maryland as a RN Registered Nurse
• Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
• Excels in leadership and clinical competency
• Looking for growth & career development
• Required: Prior Long Term Care Experience

Schedule

• 7am-7pm Every Other Weekend Saturday/Sunday
• 7pm-7am Every Other Weekend Saturday/Sunday
