Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, you will put resident service first and ensure that residents and their families receive the highest quality care. In accordance with guidelines and regulations, you will deliver a full range of nursing care. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Completing initial, comprehensive and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
• Writing, initiating and revising the plan of care, as needed.
• Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• RN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care / memory care experience.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
