About the role
Steuben Center is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in Bath, NY.
Responsibilities
- Schedule and assign nursing staff
- Support residents and families
- Answer questions and requests from residents and staff
- Implement rules and regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Document resident care services
- Work cooperatively with healthcare teams
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- At least 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and prescribing programs
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic computer skills
