Responsibilities
- Supervising staff to ensure high-quality care
- Maintaining compliance with clinical standards and regulations

Qualifications
- Active RN license in PA
- Prior experience in a SNF preferred
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented approach to resident care
