RN Supervisor

About the role

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) to join our exceptional healthcare team!

Responsibilities

• Putting resident service first and ensuring residents and their families receive the highest quality care.
• Delivering a full range of nursing care according to guidelines and regulations.
• Completing initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
• Writing, initiating, and revising the plan of care, as needed.
• Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
• Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.

Requirements

• RN with current licensure to practice in the state.
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residents.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

Pay

Salary Range: $52-$55 per hour

Schedule

Details on schedule will be provided upon hire.

Qualifications

• Must have RN with current licensure to practice in the state.

Skills

• Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
• Behavioral care / memory care experience.
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
