About the role
We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) to join our exceptional healthcare team!
Responsibilities
- Putting resident service first and ensuring residents and their families receive the highest quality care.
- Delivering a full range of nursing care according to guidelines and regulations.
- Completing initial, comprehensive, and ongoing assessments of residents to determine medical needs.
- Writing, initiating, and revising the plan of care, as needed.
- Initiating and delivering appropriate preventative and rehabilitative nursing care, and administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Completing, maintaining, and submitting accurate clinical notes regarding condition and care given.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of all resident care information.
- Promoting a culture of safety to ensure a healthy practice and living environment.
Requirements
- RN with current licensure to practice in the state.
- Comprehensive knowledge of applicable nursing principles and practices to ensure the quality of care standards for residents.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

Pay
Salary Range: $52-$55 per hour
Schedule
Details on schedule will be provided upon hire.
Qualifications
- Must have RN with current licensure to practice in the state.
Skills
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
- Behavioral care / memory care experience.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
