RN Supervisor - Assisted Living

Our RN Supervisor provides outstanding mentoring and leadership to our nursing team to ensure we deliver the highest quality of care to our residents. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a key role in developing, training, and managing a successful and fulfilled team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the department’s quality assurance program
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing
• Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment
• Management experience in nursing preferred
• Experience in a long-term care setting preferred

Pay

$31.20 - $40.35 per hour. Your final wage compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. Entry-level candidates should expect to be at the lower end of the wage range, and hiring at the maximum is not typical.

Schedule

• 0.9 FTE, 72 hours per 2 weeks
• On-call rotation required
• Weekend availability required
