RN Supervisor Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance among nurses, CNAs, and medical staff
- Initiate and engage in Interdisciplinary Care Plan meetings
- Address triggered indicators within the Care Plan
- Collaborate with caregivers and other disciplines
- Prepare Quality Measure/Quality Indicator reports
- Implement educational plans to adapt to changing needs
- Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering growth
Qualifications
- Hold an active Georgia RN license
- Have nursing home or long-term care experience
- Possess clinical skills and leadership qualities
- Demonstrate a patient-centered approach
- Embrace excellent communication skills
