Job Responsibilities
- Affords assistance to the Director of Nursing and Unit Manager with staffing recommendations.
- Participates in clinical leadership activities, including planning, organizing, directing, and implementing a comprehensive nursing program.
- Provides nursing leadership to align with organizational and center-specific goals.
- Collaborates with nursing staff, CNAs, and medical professionals to gather information on resident status and progress towards care plan goals.
- Communicates effectively with various healthcare disciplines.
- Prepares accurate reports related to Quality Measures/Indicators (QM/QI).
- Trends and analyzes QM/QI data to support performance improvement initiatives.
- Develops and implements an educational plan to address evolving program or service needs.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
- At least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience in supervisory roles within a healthcare environment.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
