About the role
The RN Supervisor 3-11 FT position at Cedarbrook Senior Care is responsible for overseeing the nursing staff in providing high-quality care to residents.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the nursing department
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Provide guidance and support to nursing staff
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless resident care
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
- Current RN license in state of practice
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a healthcare setting
- Experience supervising nursing staff
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
