About the role

Complete Care at Hales Corners is looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a PRN Nurse Shift Supervisor. This position requires working 4 weekend shifts as needed to fill supervisor openings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing staff and ensure quality patient care
• Coordinate patient care and collaborate with physicians
• Supervise medication administration and other nursing services
• Conduct nursing rounds and monitor resident progress
• Ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Educate staff, residents, and families
• Support the nursing team and assist with facility operations as needed

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN license
• Previous supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care, or related healthcare setting required
• Inpatient, palliative care, and staff-management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong computer and documentation skills
