As a RN Visit Nurse (RN)

• Provide in-home direct patient care
• Assess and document patient conditions
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids
• Inspect and care for wounds
• Collaborate with providers and allied health professionals

To qualify

• Education: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS)
• Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
• CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• Practical trach and/or ventilator experience (preferred, not required)
