RN Structural Heart Coordinator - Full Time

About the Role

The RN Structural Heart Coordinator manages the Valve and Structural Heart Program, ensuring patients receive safe, high-quality, and timely care. They coordinate patient care plans with the NP Coordinator and oversee both inpatient and outpatient populations. The role adapts to meet evolving patient and practice needs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
• Support program development
• Coordinate patient care plans with the NP Coordinator
• Oversee inpatient and outpatient populations
• May participate in research and educational initiatives

Requirements

• Licensed RN
• Minimum of 3-5 years cardiology experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of structural heart disease
• Proficiency in Excel
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Ability to maintain detailed records
• Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
