Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Stroke Program.
  • Actively participate in performance improvement data collection, activities, and functions to promote an integrated Stroke Program, ensuring the provision of high-quality healthcare.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of initiatives, policies, and procedures, including staff education activities related to stroke care.
  • Evaluate the Stroke Program through data capture, follow-up, trend analysis, and present findings to appropriate committees.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team on problem identification and resolution, cost containment issues, implementation of new services, and performance measures for both Risk and Stroke Programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or healthcare-related field preferred.
  • Current Texas RN License.
  • Five years of clinical and/or management experience in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting, including a minimum of two years of inpatient experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable of current State Laws and Regulations as applicable to the facility.

Pay

A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $XX,XXX.00 to $XX,XXX.00 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
