Responsibilities
- Facilitate and coordinate the Key Elements of the Stroke Certification process, including development and review of protocols, initial and ongoing training, performance improvement, and community outreach.
- Collaborate with the CNO, Emergency Department, ED Director, EMS, hospital department directors, and staff.
- Report directly to the Emergency Director.
Requirements
- Current and valid state RN License.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Current ACLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in an acute care hospital environment.
- Excellent clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Team approach to patient care.
- Working knowledge of computers and computer applications.
- Flexibility required.
- PALS and/or ENPC preferred.
- TNCC upon hire preferred.

Pay
A reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $71,760.00 to $90,105.60 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation will be determined based on factors such as skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure.
