RN - Stepdown (Advanced Care)

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialized care on an advanced care unit. Role Highlights Care for acutely unstable patients with complex conditions such as multi-trauma, sepsis, stroke, and seizure disorders, including monitoring in an Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU).Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and modify care plans, and deliver advanced interventions with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3.Utilize skills including cardiac monitoring, IV insertions, line care, and medication administration for various IV drips.Work collaboratively with physicians, ancillary teams, and support staff in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Qualifications & Skills Active RN license and certifications in BLS and ACLS (ACLS within 1 year).Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking abilities.Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a dynamic clinical setting.
