Key Responsibilities Deliver patient care within an assigned department/unitCollaborate with the healthcare team under the direction of the clinical managerAdhere to standards and scope of practice for registered nursesPerform comprehensive nursing processes: assessment, analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluationFollow established patient care standards, including assessment and transfer protocols Qualifications & Skills Current state RN license and BLS certificationOne-year RN experience or completion of a recognized RN residency or equivalent programEducational requirements as per licensure; BSN or ongoing degree preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skills; proficiency with electronic systems
