RN Staff Nurse - Open Heart Team
Responsibilities
- Responsible for patient care within an assigned department/unit and participates as a member of the health care team.
- Participates in the assessment, analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Achieves and maintains compliance with established patient care standards for Legacy Health System.
- Assesses, analyzes, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care following established patient care standards for Legacy Health System including those for patient assessment and transfer.
Requirements
- Current applicable state RN license required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or degree in progress strongly preferred.
- Cardiovascular OR experience preferred.
- Primary circulating duties but scrub experience preferred.
- Experience with 3 CVOR suites performing both adult and pediatric procedures.
- Ability to take required call ($15/hr standby pay).
Qualifications
- Education: BSN or degree in progress strongly preferred.
Skills
- Demonstrated ability of positive interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, patients, families, physicians and the community.
- Keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job functions.
Pay
Pay Range: USD $57.63 - USD $86.08 /Hr.
