Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current AL RN License
- BLS required
Responsibilities
Organizes and coordinates delivery of nursing care to groups of patients in compliance with hospital and departmental policies, protocols and procedures.
Provides direct patient care by monitoring physiological and behavioral status, evaluating patient progress and the effectiveness of interventions, and by performing treatments and procedures.
Recognizes, reports and documents clinical observations.
Participates in orientation, training and management of personnel.
