About the role
Provide professional nursing care within a medical practice, supporting physicians and assisting in patient treatment.
Responsibilities
- Performing clinical procedures and completing related paperwork
- Communicating with patients, families, visitors, and staff with a caring and professional approach
- Applying Christian values and respecting human dignity in all interactions
- Operating clinic equipment and reacting effectively in emergency situations
- Interpreting and applying guidelines and policies appropriately
- Maintaining effective working relationships and documenting clinical data accurately
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Knowledge of nursing principles, medication effects, patient education, and safety practices
- Valid state licensure and CPR certification (or obtaining within 90 days)
Skills
- Ability to perform a variety of medical treatments and procedures
- Calmness and effectiveness in emergency situations
- Strong communication skills and computer literacy or willingness to learn
- Ability to operate clinic-related equipment
