About the Role
Provides professional nursing care within a medical practice, supporting physicians and assisting in patient treatment. Carries out clinical duties, completes paperwork, and communicates with patients and staff in a caring, respectful manner aligned with Christian values. Ensures compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver professional nursing care to patients in a medical practice setting.
- Support physicians and assist in patient treatment and clinical duties.
- Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients and staff in a respectful and caring manner.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Current valid state nursing license.
- CPR certification or ability to obtain within 90 days.
- Knowledge of nursing principles, exam procedures, medications, patient education, and safety practices.
Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in performing medical treatments and reacting calmly in emergencies.
- Ability to interpret clinical guidelines and communicate effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish good relationships with patients and staff.
- Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.
- Capable of operating clinical equipment.
